Mary Louise Morris

Mary Louise is a highly experienced mindfulness teacher and certified Focusing practitioner working with children, teens, adults, parents and organisations. She brings over 15 years of experience teaching wellbeing practices in schools, workplaces and community settings — and over a decade working one-to-one with individuals. She has delivered talks, workshops and training for organisations including Citibank, Rabobank, Deutsche Bank, The Mirror Group newspapers, Reuters and the Royal College of Nursing.

Mary Louise is offering Mental and Emotional Wellbeing sessions for adults, teens, children and families. These group sessions include storytelling, art and movement as well as practical techniques to manage anxiety and stress.

Auriol & Family

I am the founder of Kite Studios (est. in 2005), a creative oasis in Shepherds Bush which offers inclusive art, drawing, pottery and printmaking workshops to children and adults of all ages, abilities and needs.

I will be offering drawing sessions for families and individuals of all abilities, aimed at developing a mindful approach, which helps to build confidence. Also on offer: pottery with my brother & gardening with my father.

Rebecca Collingwood

I am a singer and actor with many years professional experience in West End and regional theatres (inc. Much Ado About Nothing/Love's Labours Lost - RSC, Theatre Royal Haymarket, Malory Towers - Emma Rice, Wise Children, Precious Little Talent - Orange Tree Theatre). I am also part of the Nannying agency, Bea & Co. I’ve had extensive experience as a tutor as well as a child entertainer.

Rebecca is offering: tutoring, coaching & entertainment for kids + tuition in acting or singing

Nathan Evans

Nathan is a poet and performer. His first poetry collection, Threads, was longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize 2017 and his work has been presented at major venues including Royal Court Theatre, Southbank Centre and Latitude Festival as well as on Channel 4. He is also a puppeteer and puppet-maker and has created puppets for Soho Theatre and run puppet-making workshops for Little Angel Theatre.

Nathan is offering puppet-making sessions for children and adults and he is curating personalised poetry readings for our Supper Sessions.

Mary Llewellyn

I am an organic gardener and ecology teacher in an inner city London garden called Meanwhile Gardens Association near Westbourne Park along the canal.

I will be offering sessions to show and share my knowledge about growing food on window sills, in pots on the patio and back yards, as well as teaching children how to grow healthy food they will like.

Rod Sugden

Rod has 17 years’ experience, as a full-time primary school teacher (5 – 11-year olds) in state and independent schools. He now works as an education facilitator for the environmental and education charity Global Generation.

Rod will be running Universe workshops to help children develop understanding about themselves, others, the world and the Universe in which they live.

Romy Bernstein

Romy is 11 and goes to ArtsEd school in Chiswick, London. She’s been doing ballet since she was 2 and her favourite dance classes are classic, contemporary and jazz. Her heroes in the dance world are Margot Fonteyn, Darcey Bussell and Carlos da Costa and her favourite musical is ‘Everybody’s talking about Jamie’.

Romy is offering 20 minute dance routines, which she would love you to join in with.
