KIDS - Art, Drama, Music, Mental Health

Welcome to the Kids room where we have sessions for children and teens to help support parents. All of our tutors and coaches have a wide experience of working with kids and are DCB checked. The sessions are full of fun and humour, helping to nurture kids’ creativity as well as delivering curriculum-based education.

Saul Boyer and Sam Bain are offering home tutoring in Maths, English, humanities and languages, along with homework support in primary and secondary school homework across humanities and arts subjects.

Mary Louise Morris has been teaching mindfulness to children and teens for 9 years and works with several leading London schools including St Paul’s School for Boys, Lady Eleanor Hollis and Hampton Boys School. Her Creative Mindfulness sessions  for 7-11 year olds include art/craft, storytelling and mindfulness. For 12-15 yr olds she offers Mental Health First Aid for Teens, which includes tools for coping with anxiety and life’s challenges.

Lee Carter runs Calmer Kids Yoga, Movement and Play sessions for primary and secondary school children, which incorporate yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness. Nathan Evans is a poet and puppet-maker, drawing out your child’s creativity and Ailon Freedman offers Clowning, Games and Playfulness sessions for kids of 7 yrs +.

Given the fast changing world we now live in, our children’s mental and emotional wellbeing is more important than ever. Emotional intelligence and self-compassion are valuable skills as are a flexible mindset and creative thinking for problem solving. And if we can help children to accept their ‘weak spots’ and see them as potential strengths, then we will serve them well. Our home tutors and teachers aim to encourage this creative, compassionate thinking, while always remembering to be playful and fun.
