The House of Talents was set up during the pandemic because like so many people, we all wanted to help in whatever way we could. It’s a heart-led project which continues to grow.
As its founder, I am particularly interested in the human heart, and having spent 4 years researching the subject for a book, I learnt that it is much more than just a pump. I also learnt that our relationship to our heart is essential to our physical, mental and emotional health. While exercise and nutrition are clearly extremely important, cultivating a closer connection to our hearts can also be a huge benefit, for example by helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
