About

I have been working as a mindfulness teacher and mentor with adults, children and teens for 11 years privately, and in the workplace, schools and colleges for 15 years. I use a range of additional techniques during my sessions including storytelling, creativity and movement. I have also trained thousands of school staff, children and young people and parents in wellbeing. Companies and corporations that I have given talks and workshops to include: Citibank, Rabobank, Deutsche Bank, the Mirror Group newspapers, Reuters and the Royal College of Nursing. I also train adults specifically in anxiety and stress management techniques, by giving them tools to cope with life’s challenges.

For the past 11 years I’ve been training 11-18 year olds in Mindfulness in schools, and working privately with children supporting them with a range of issues from exam stress, social anxiety, self confidence and digital distraction. I am an accredited teacher of the Mindfulness in Schools Programme, and the education lead for the ‘What Colour is Your Dragon’ programme. https://www.whatcolourisyourdragon.com/our-team. Aside from my private practice I also work with several leading London schools including St Paul’s School for Boys, Lady Eleanor Hollis and Hampton Boys School. You can read more about me on my own website www.goodtobe.co.uk or download this PDF about my work with children and teens.
