Sarah Walton
What’s on offer
Connection through Movement sessions or Adventures in Psycho-physicality. These group sessions aim to bring together our inner and outer worlds, helping participants to take off their social mask, and connect with their true Selves, where Presence and creativity lies.
One-to-one sessions for actors, singers, dancers of any kind and public speakers (see details below)
Personal Performance Coaching: how to embody - and impart - a true sense of presence to help you give your best performance, be that in a business meeting, while pitching to new clients, or at a social gathering.
Group sessions for corporate employees: a movement session of 1-2 hours to help participants operate from their hearts, from where true connection and communication comes. This state of embodied presence enhances our intuition as well as our ability to collaborate, enabling us to find creative solutions that benefit the whole rather than the individual. The techniques that Sarah teaches also bring a sense of well-being to both body and mind, reducing stress and over-thinking, while encouraging clarity and cohesion.
Price: £75 an hour for one-to-ones.
Corporate rates are set after an initial conversation with Sarah about what your company and employees need.
Times: 11am-1pm MONDAY - FRIDAY (although other times can be discussed)

More about the Adventures in Psycho-physicality sessions.
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant, We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” Einstein
Throughout history, with the help of various landmarks such as the Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution, we humans have gradually become disembodied. Now with the technological age in full swing we have silenced the intelligence of our bodies in favour of the algorithm, and in doing so are making some pretty disastrous decisions. We have, over the centuries, lost touch with our instincts, our intuition, and our ability to truly be present with one another.
Instead, we wear masks that hide who we really are, we curate ourselves and our lives, we cut up and reshape our faces and bodies, in the vain hope that that will bring us our sorely needed connection. In truth it only serves to disconnect us further.
These workshops are a radical invitation to take the mask off. Through gently guided exercises, connection practices and exploration, you’ll learn to embrace vulnerability, be fully seen, and fully see others. It’s about reclaiming your instincts, reconnecting with your body, and rediscovering what it feels like to connect on a human level.
Developed intuitive connection is at the root of high level innovation and creativity. Evolving the skills of clear communication, collaboration and accessing flow are intrinsic also to building success within our relationships – personal, artistic, political and international.
Disclaimer!:
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a performance. It’s not about being pretty.
In a world obsessed with filters, fillers, and fake perfection, this is where we remember who we are.
Raw connection. Real instinct.
The courage to be fully seen— and to fully see.
Come as you are. Leave with something real.
