Find Your Voice (with Claire Winsper)

4 x 45 min sessions for groups (£5 each for minimum of 4 people).

These supportive sessions utilise actors’ tools to enable you to find your authentic voice and maximise your potential as a communicator. Effective communication has the power to build bridges, effect change, foster empathy and improve relationships as well as being hugely rewarding on a personal level. Act 1: A beginner’s taster

During four short workshops we’ll look at aspects of the actor’s toolkit through warm up, use of imagination and text.

Mondays 1-1:45pm. The following three Fridays 1-1:45pm would complete the course. (Monday can also be taken as a stand alone session).

Find your voice

These sessions offer an opportunity to hone your communication skills whilst working through a selected speech, whether in a personal or professional setting.

Tuesdays 7- 7:45pm. The following three Thursdays 7-7:45pm to complete the course.

30 mins @£20 per session for one-to-one.

Monologues (one to one)

30 mins @£20 per session

A bespoke session on a monologue of your choice. Enjoy honing your acting and performance skills whether for entrance to drama school, auditions or just for fun.

About

Joanna is an actress working principally in Theatre and television, including Romeo and Juliet (National Theatre), Let The Wind Carry Me Home (National Studio, Southwark Playhouse), Twelfth Night (Noel Coward Theatre), Bodyguard, DCI Banks and Extras. Joanna is a visiting lecturer at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama where she teaches a range of evening courses including Acting, Text and Audition Technique. She is also a workshop leader for The National Theatre working with the education and business department.
