About

I have been practising Kundalini Yoga since 2010, working on the consciousness that activates energy centres throughout the body and awakens the full potential of human awareness. This yoga is an ancient art and science, and incorporates posture work, breath work, mantras, meditation and relaxation. The combination leads to living a stronger, happier and healthier life.

My own profound changes in wellbeing as a result of my practice led me to train as a teacher in 2018 with I-SKY in Reading.

I am also a Certified Facilitator of ‘The Work’ of Byron Katie (also known as Inquiry Based Stress Reduction - IBSR).  ‘The Work’ is a meditative self inquiry practice, which meets any stressful thought about a situation with the loving clarity of the "heart mind". I have been facilitating this Work since 2006, became certified in 2011 and have taught workshops in Africa, the US and across Europe. If life seems messy and you want to understand what's hurting you then I'm here to sit with you in self inquiry and to support you in discovering and accessing your own inner wisdom. You are welcome to join my online courses and personal one-to-one sessions.

I am also trained in non-violent communication (NVC) and facilitate groups and one-to-one sessions, providing the skills of empathy, compassion and deep listening.
