What’s on offer

Sofia is offering miniature Concerts for One as part of our Singing for Your Supper crew (see details below). She has kindly agreed to give the House of Talents a reduced price of £70 for these online mini concerts (with 10% going to Medicins sans Frontieres).

As a special initiative for Valentine’s Day, she is offering a Concert for One, a purely audio experience, in return for a donation to a Multiple Sclerosis charity.

About

Sofia is a singer and pianist who regularly performs for audiences from Amman to Berlin to Madrid. She has appeared at international festivals including the renowned Salzberg festival, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Impulstanz in Vienna. Her repertoire ranges from Italian chansons, George Gerschwin and Cole Porter to Brahms, Schubert and her own compositions.

Sofia, who was born in Rome, was classically trained in London and Vienna and studied voice with KS Hilde Zadek and Olga Warla. She studied piano with Phyyllis Selleck and Harald Ossberger. Sofia is the creator of the Slow Music Movement.

Sofia’s miniature concert for one will last around 30 mins, and contains at least 3 songs, along with musical stories and anecdotes from a life spent between Venice, Vienna and Seville.
